The SmtpSelect button must be added manually to the toolbar through "Customize..." (right-click on the toolbar) - and is available for the main mail window as well as for the compose mail window.
Please note, in order for SmtpSelect to be any useful, you must choose "Use Default Server" as "Outgoing Server (SMTP)" for each email account that should be used with this extension.
Currently, localized for Catalan, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish.
